The illegal trilogy

In the period April 11 – 14th, 2014 – and under the title THE ILLEGAL TRILOGY – Mute Comp. restages the three successful performances Knock on Unpainted Wood about sex (2010), F.U.B.A.R – Fucked Up Beyond Any Recognition on weapons and power fascination (2011) and BLACKOUT! on drugs and escapism (2012).

With this restaging the audience experiences or re-experiences rampant crash dance, the hood-creep, sex trafficking, pimps, a drug God, Hern the Hunter’s tribute to AK 47, the monkey king, a longing for the great rush, teen-testosterone throbbing fascination with weapons, the robocop robot, carpets, junkies, mass meat without identity, desperation, pusher angels, psychedelic color orgies.

The choreography is accompanied by sublime music by the Polish young and rebellious post-rock-punk band PCHELKI, with wild rock’n’roll from the U.S.-Nashville-band LEGENDARY SHACK SHAKERS, with DODEBUM’s throbbing House rhythms, Kirstine Stubbe Teglbjærg’s amazing and soft female voice and not least MC JABBER’s chanting words about addiction and the Last Supper.
